A special body with independent management
The IBRA-COMEX Bylaws expressly provide for CAM-IBRA-COMEX to administer arbitration, mediation and other appropriate dispute-resolution methods.
Its future scope may cover national or international proceedings involving members or non-members, subject to a valid choice by the parties and applicable law.

Current stage
Operational structure in development
The Center is not yet accepting proceedings. Rules, governance, fee schedule, templates, technical team, data protection and dedicated channels will be published after formal approval.
Arbitration requires a valid agreement between the parties. CAM administers proceedings; arbitrators decide disputes and mediators assist parties in seeking consensual solutions.
